BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Minimum stay: Four nights (two to three nights are possible upon request with a short stay surcharge).
- Reservation: We will confirm your reservation with a written confirmation. As soon as we have received an advance payment of 30% of the total booking price, your reservation is guaranteed.
- Arrival and departure: The house will be ready for you as of 4 PM on the day of arrival. On site you will be welcomed by our partners Josep or Tamara from Superhost Alicante. They will show you the house and give you all the important information. On the day of departure the house is at your disposal until 11 AM.
- Payment: Cash, Bank transfer and Paypal
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- from 29 to 8 days before the arrival: 50%
- from 7 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100%
of the respective booked arrangement.
To avoid cancellation costs altogether, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
SMOKING
- Please note that smoking is prohibited in the house and in the chill area of Casa Alicante. There is enough space for it in the garden.
