Kids & teenagers welcome
We love children and are happy when the house is filled with life. The fenced-in garden is ideal for children and offers a lot of variety for the little ones. Our sandbox offers a taste of the nearby beach right in the garden and the pool makes children's eyes light up. Ping-pong table, board games, badminton and darts also offer fun for teenagers.

Guests with Disabilities Welcome
The house’s entire living space is at ground level; there are no thresholds in the house. The bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower. The garden is also easily accessible for people with limited mobility. Unfortunately our house is not 100 percent handicapped accessible: The corridor to the bedrooms is 84 cm wide; the doors to the bedrooms and the bathroom are 66 cm.
In the summer months (June 15th to September 15th), El Campello beach, 8 km away, offers a section specially dedicated to providing wheelchair access for people with disabilities. There are roofed areas offering protection from the sun, restroom facilities, and resources to help people with disabilities swim in the ocean. San Juan beach also offers this service.
WORKATION
Escaping cold temperatures and gray skies? Working where others go on vacation? Yes, this is possible: between November and March Casa Alicante is also available for long-term stays - such as "Workation".
Alicante is known for its mild, sunny climate during winter months. It is not unusual to sit on the terrace in short sleeves in December. And in case of a few rainy days (nature will thank for it), you can work comfortably in a well-tempered house (with modern infrared heating panels throughout the house) and a fireplace in the living room.
Study room with computer desk, free W-LAN are at your disposal. Printer and monitor can be provided for a deposit.
